There’s much to be thankful for in 2011 and 2012

Thanksgiving Pizza hasn’t swept the country yet—or, well, even one pizzeria—but maybe there is some merit to this restaurant’s stuffed Turkey Day leftover version.

Or, maybe not. Which might explain the lack of Thanksgiving entries in Pizza Pizzazz.

At least we know Pumpkin Pie ice cream is everywhere this time of year. And who needs turkey and stuffing when you’ve got a half gallon of that on hand, right?

OK, good as that sounds, we admit it’s not a traditional Thanksgiving dinner with all the trimmings … plus family you love and friends who always bring great wine. Those are traditions for which we’re all thankful.

The NAPICS team is also thankful to you: the tens of thousands who’ve attended this incredible tradeshow in the past and the thousands who will visit in 2012.
