Did you know that ice cream challenges can generate major media attention? That’s what happened at The Comfy Cow (whose owners are NAPICS veterans) in Louisville, Ky., when the Man vs. Food show came to town to film one man’s attempt at conquering its $39, 5.5-pound sundae.
