We’d not exhibited at NAPICS before 2006, but after seeing the show that year, the company believed there was a good opportunity here. The truth is we got more than we expected in 2007so much traffic, in fact, that we’ve doubled our booth space for next year. I see NAPICS as being a premier show for us in the future.

This year was a really good show for us. We got to see a lot of new customers and people were spending money. We were very pleased with the quality of attendees and with the traffic. We’ve been coming for about five years now, and we’ve watched the show continue to grow. The pizza industry is doing well now, too, so we think the show reflected that.
